Processing And Shipping Time
The entire order processing time takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping time is 10 – 14 business days. If you are in a remote area, shipping time may be extended.
No delivery on weekends and holidays.
Orders may be delayed during holidays or high inflow of orders. We will notify you accordingly via email or phone, or text and keep you updated in case of delays. In this critical situation, please bear with us.
Notes on COVID-19
In view of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the normal operations of all express companies around the world have been affected, including our express partners, the order delivery time may be delayed by 3-5 working days. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding!
Contactless Delivery (Due to Covid19)
Customers can opt for contactless deliveries at such times.
We are not responsible for the theft or losses after the packages are delivered. You have confirmed because, in contactless delivery, the person will keep the order outside your door.
Process after your order is placed
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. That will enclose all the order details, tracking id, and the link; with the track order page, you can track your order.
We implement a policy of free shipping for all orders (no price threshold). For the shipping fee of returns, please refer to our return policy.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?
We are welcome any email about your confuse including but not limited to order status, shipping problem even information change, we will try our best to response or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us at [email protected]. We will take immediate remedial actions.
We currently only ship to the United States, please confirm.
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.
Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
